Beth enjoys assisting her clients in the areas of Elder Law, Estate and Trust Planning and Administration, Business Formation and Transactions, and Real Estate Transactions. Prior to opening Evans Driver, PLC, Beth also practiced in the areas of family law and bankruptcy. Her experience has provided her with a wide knowledge base, which she uses to assist her clients when they plan for their futures, create and operate new businesses, or work to administer their loved ones’ estates.

Beth grew up in the northern part of Rockingham County. After law school, she and her husband, Brandon, who is a CPA and also a Rockingham County native, decided to move back to the area. They now live in Broadway, Virginia with their two children, Everette and Elise. When she is not working or being mom, Beth enjoys reading, baking, and visiting their family home in the Northern Neck of Virginia.
